When Larry Adams, an electrician by trade, started Craftsman Restoration Guild in 2011, he wanted to help black and brown people excel in the trades. He believed that you could start and grow a construction company that restores vintage houses and neighborhoods in historically disinvested communities. For almost ten years, he has kept this commitment to quality restoration and inclusive training and employment in the trades. Craftsman Restoration Guild has pivoted to advise construction and landscape companies in residential and commercial real estate projects.
